Plans are billed monthly per workspace through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your self-serve billing portal — no contracts, no phone calls.
What is the difference between Brain, Reporting, and Intelligence plans?
Septra offers three distinct products: Brain ($29.99/mo, first month $1) connects all your marketing intelligence sources into one queryable knowledge base via open MCP protocols for Claude and Cursor. Reporting ($99/mo, first month $9.99) adds automated daily channel audits, cost-saving alerts, and executive PDF briefs. Intelligence ($750/mo, first month $30) provides a full autonomous AI marketing team (CMO, Ads, Growth, Analytics) with conversational strategy, weekly reviews, and task delegation.
What counts as a workspace?
A workspace is one isolated data environment — typically one business account. Each workspace has its own connected accounts, Company AI Brain, and reports. All plans include 1 workspace, and additional workspaces can be added as your business grows.
Are there usage limits or credits?
Yes. Every workspace gets a monthly pool of AI usage credits that scales with plan, plus a one-time welcome grant to get started right away. If you need more, credits can be topped up at any time — there are no surprise overage charges.
Can I start on Reporting and upgrade to Intelligence later?
Yes! That is the standard path. Reporting gets your accounts connected and daily audit reports running. Upgrading to Intelligence unlocks the interactive agent team and MCP protocol on the same workspace with zero re-setup.
Is my business data used to train AI models?
No. Workspaces are strictly isolated and your business data is never used to train public AI models. Ad-platform connections are scoped to your reporting needs, and all actions require human approval.
